MESMER is a program that analyzes and simulates reactions in the gas phase that occur on a potential energy surface with one or more potential wells and are commonly represented by rate coefficients that vary with pressure (or concentration) and temperature. MESMER allows you to simulate systems at a variety of pressures and temperatures, extract rate coefficients, examine experimental data, match model parameters, and describe rate coefficients in formats that may be directly used in large-scale simulations (e.g. Cantera or Chemkin).
